Do I need to be home for the service?

In most cases, you do not need to be home. However, we do require safe access to the property and a water tap. We also ask that any pets are secured away from the work area. We will walk you through everything when you book.

What happens if it rains on my booking day?

We will determine how bad the rain is on the day of the booking. If we see there is no time throughout the day where the rain will stop we will then reschedule to a better suited day.

When can I get started?
